How many years of Warranty do we offer?

We offer 10 years of warranty from the factory, including discoloration, loss of fibers in the grass, among other causes more caused by defections while the synthetic grass is being created.

Do I need to do some maintenance once the synthetic grass is installed?

Is Synthetic Turf pet friendly?

Is Synthetic Grass warmer than Natural Grass?

Yes, it is. Synthetic Grass is hotter than Natural Grass, remember is not a natural product, but there are methods that help to regulate heat like our most popular product called Hydrochill.

Will I have any drainage problem?

You will not have any drainage problems at all. LA Grass is made with extreme care and with specific techniques to make the water drain perfectly, leaving the surface completely dry.

Will Synthetic Grass fade over time?

Believe it or not, it won’t fade over time. Artificial grass is made depending on the region where it is going to be used, if it is a region of high heat, it is made more resistant to the sun or steam, etc.

We have been looking for a company that would be reliable and trustworthy. I meet with Ariel and he was great very professional, gave us the confidence of doing the job. He also added that they pavers and turf and another branch of the company does landscaping. So he set up a meeting with Alex from Evergreen landscaping. My husband and I decided to go with them one company to do the whole project and it was amazing, they work great together and get the job done in a couple of days. No dragging it out for weeks to finish. My husband and I were so impressed and happy with their job and professionalism, and quality outstanding. I truly recommend them.

Approximately 1 year ago I installed artificial turf in my backyard. LA Turf did an outstanding job. It was better than I could have ever imagined. My neighbor used LA Turf after seeing my lawn. About a month ago I replaced my ficus and my turf was damaged. I called and Alex came to the rescue within a couple days. My lawn looks like it did after it was first installed. The cost was minimal. I highly recommended them for not only their work but customer service as well.Thank you again.
